As Chief Revenue Officer at Madison Logic, Ian oversees the company’s global revenue organization, driving sales strategy, business development, and go-to-market execution to help organizations accelerate growth through performance-driven account-based marketing. 

Ian brings more than two decades of experience leading high-performing sales organizations and delivering transformational revenue growth across fintech, SaaS, and financial services. Prior to joining Madison Logic, he served as Vice President of Sales at Ocrolus, where he oversaw Sales Development, Sales Enablement, Inside Sales, Mid-Market Sales, and Sales Engineering, leading the team to multiple consecutive years of exceeding revenue targets while significantly improving win rates, bookings, and new customer acquisition. Earlier in his career, Ian held leadership roles at Tekion and automotiveMastermind, where he focused on customer success, partner growth, and revenue expansion, as well as executive leadership positions in the banking industry, driving strategic initiatives that increased market share, cross-sell performance, and operational excellence.
