Ben Phillips

Ben Phillips is a private equity investor and portfolio company director focused on the technology sector and based in New York.  Previously, Ben served as a Managing Director at BC Partners where he was involved with portfolio companies including Madison Logic, GardaWorld, Appgate, Presidio, and Cyxtera Technologies.  Ben has spent over 15 years evaluating and executing investments across private equity, public equity, and high yield debt, and partnering with management teams to optimize strategy, operations, capital structure, and governance.

Previously, Ben was a Principal and founding member of Hill Path Capital and an Associate at Catterton Partners. He began his career in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Consumer and Retail Group.
