As Chief Financial Officer at Madison Logic, Marina leads the company’s financial strategy, operational planning, and business performance initiatives. With more than 20 years of experience in finance and operations within the technology, software and services space, she brings a proven track record of driving scalable growth, building high-performing teams, and optimizing business infrastructure to fuel long-term success.

Before joining Madison Logic, Marina served as CFO at TRG Screen, with more relative experience as COO and CFO at automotiveMastermind, where she played a key role in transforming the company’s operational framework and aligning financial planning with aggressive growth targets. She has extensive expertise across FP&A, internal controls, budgeting, and cross-functional operations, and is known for building scalable systems that support fast-growing organizations.

Marina is passionate about aligning financial strategy with business goals, driving sustainable growth, and fostering a strong culture rooted in transparency and accountability. She holds a BBA in Accounting from Hofstra University and is based in Long Island, NY.
