Veracelle Vega

Veracelle Vega is Senior Vice President, People at Madison Logic where she leads all aspects of the people processes including learning and development, talent acquisition and employee engagement.  Previously, she was Senior Director of Human Resources at 21st Century Fox Entertainment (formerly News Corporation) where she led the HR Generalist functions for the Corporate Group. Prior to 21st Century Fox, Veracelle was an HR Specialist for the Social Security Administration New York Region and an HR Economics Officer at the Bureau of East Asian and Pacific Affairs at the US State Department in Washington DC.

Veracelle was the first Masters graduate from Villanova University to be nominated for and accepted into the Presidential Management Fellows Program (PMF), the government leaders’ program for public service.  She is also an alumni of the Japan Exchange Teaching (JET) Program where she taught English as a Second Language in Oita City, Japan.  Veracelle is a frequent key note speaker and has presented at various organizations on talent development and recruiting including the Villanova University Media Club, the Rusk Institute of New York City and the HR Executive Summit.

She is also president of the Saint Savior Catholic Academy Parent Association and sits on the Sacandaga Park Civic Association Special Events team in the Adirondacks. Veracelle has a Bachelors in Political Science from Syracuse University and a Masters of Public Administration from Villanova University.

Veracelle lives in Brooklyn, New York with her husband and three (very active) children.
