What initially drew you to Madison Logic and how did you know it was right for you? The exponential growth the company has seen this year was one of the main reasons I was interested in joining. But since I have joined I have been incredibly happy with how kind and supportive everyone at the company has been.
What was your first role at Madison Logic and how did that turn into the role you have today? I was hired as a Senior Customer Success Manager in August of this year. Since then am enjoying working in a fast paced environment and witnessing first-hand the high growth the company is experiencing.
What do you most enjoy about working for Madison Logic and why? The people most definitely. Since joining I have been met with extremely helpful and intelligent people who always take time out their busy days to support you.
What characteristics does someone need to be successful with this company? I have found that senior employees possess great communication, organizational and adaptability skills which have helped them become successful at the company.
How did you and your team get to know each other? We stay in close contact throughout the day via Slack and Zoom. Now that we’re heading into the office more we luckily get to catch up more at lunch and coffee breaks throughout the day!
