Account-based marketing (ABM) is the new black, so I’m giving myself a bit of a freebie by kicking off my predictions for 2016 with that one. However, I do think that we’ll see interesting new use cases stemming from ABM practices, as tech-savvy teams begin implementing it in new, scalable ways.
