Account-based marketing (ABM) is the new black, so I’m giving myself a bit of a freebie by kicking off my predictions for 2016 with that one. However, I do think that we’ll see interesting new use cases stemming from ABM practices, as tech-savvy teams begin implementing it in new, scalable ways.
All of my predictions have to do with data – how it’s used, how it’s cleansed, and how it’s secured. So, without further ado, here are my nine predictions for the marketing industry in 2016:
