Erik Matlick - Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Matlick guides corporate strategy and vision at Madison logic bringing over 15 years in founding, board and executive management experience. As an online performance marketing pioneer, Erik's strategic insight from the media operations, ad serving technology and sales/marketing arena are the driving force behind what makes Madison Logic unique.

Prior to founding Madison Logic, Mr. Matlick was the President and Founder of IndustryBrains which he sold to Marchex in July of 2005. He created hundreds of strategic partnerships with media companies including McGraw-Hill, Time Inc., Ziff-Davis Media, IDG Media, Forbes, and CNet. Prior to IndustryBrains, he also founded MediaBrains, a reader service and buyers guide provider to premium publishers and served as an Ad Sales Manager for Ziff-Davis Publishing where he was responsible for ad sales at PC Computing and Windows Sources Magazines. He holds a B.S. in Marketing from the Syracuse University School of Management. Mr. Matlick is also on the Board of Advisors of Tynt, one of the top 10 data collectors on the web, Smart Device Media, a vertical mobile ad network, Metamorphic Ventures and Syracuse University Newhouse School. He has presented at many industry conferences and is frequently quoted in major media publications including Newsweek, Cnet and MediaPost.

Elke Wong - Chief Operating Officer

Elke Wong manages the day-to-day business operations as well as the overall strategic direction and marketing of the Madison Logic product suite. Ms. Wong is an experienced online media executive with over 10 years of demonstrated success in both start-up and established business environments. She has a diverse background of sales, operations, marketing and technical product management with particular strength in understanding customer needs, developing market requirements, and ensuring that high value products get built.

In addition to Madison Logic, Ms. Wong was also a co-founder of IndustryBrains, later acquired by Marchex in July 2005. There, she was responsible for the overall vision, planning and marketing for IndustryBrains' different product lines. Prior to IndustryBrains, Ms. Wong was an Account Manager and Product Manager at MediaBrains, managing buyers guide platforms for business publishers. She left MediaBrains to start up IndustryBrains with Erik Matlick. Prior to MediaBrains, Ms. Wong was a Sponsorship Sales Specialist at DoubleClick, creating integrated ad programs for clients such as Loreal, SONY, BMG and Random House. She holds a B.A. in Anthropology from the State University of New York, Binghamton.

Thomas Koletas - Senior Vice President, Advertising Sales

Thomas Koletas joins Madison Logic with over 15 years of sales and executive experience and is responsible for managing all sales and revenue generating initiatives on behalf of Madison Logic’s publisher, agency and advertiser clients.

Most recently, Mr. Koletas served as VP of Advertising Sales at Giant Realm, where he helped shape the sales strategy of the New York-based entertainment portal/ad network geared toward video games, sci-fi and independent movies and music. Before Giant Realm, Tom was head of sales at Imaginova Networks, where he implemented the advertising sales strategy, as well as managed the national online ad sales and account management teams. Prior to joining Imaginova, he was Vice President of Advertising for Industry Brains, a pioneer in the search and contextual advertising market. There, he was instrumental in growing the company from start-up mode to its acquisition by Marchex, Inc., a publicly traded company specializing in vertical and local search marketing. Earlier in his career, Tom held senior sales positions at TheStreet.com and Ziff Davis, and is an advisor to many companies in the media and direct response area of digital marketing. Tom attended Denison University.

Vin Turk - Vice President, Audience Development

Vin Turk oversees the traffic acquisition and user experience across Madison Logic's network of properties. Vin brings an expertise in conversion analysis/optimization, usability, and rich Internet applications. Prior to co-founding Madison Logic, Mr. Turk was a senior account strategy manager at IndustryBrains, successfully building marketing programs for some of the largest technology organizations including Microsoft, Dell, EMC, Borland, and Intel. Before IndustryBrains, Vin was a network security administrator for the Department of Defense at Hanscom Airforce Base in Massachusetts. Mr. Turk holds a Bachelors of Science in Computer Engineering from Northeastern University.

Rab Mukraj - Senior Vice President, Technology

As SVP of Technology, Rab Mukraj oversees strategic technology roadmaps, as well as the development of new products and technologies. Rab comes with an extensive background in media publishing and entertainment, having worked at NBC Universal and Clear Channel Radio; both leaders in the media publishing and broadcast industry. He has more than 15 years of experience building scalable and profitable online technology platforms with a high degree of automation and quality. 

In this role, Rab brings seasoned expertise in key areas such as digital asset management, content delivery and large-scale database management and security. Prior to Madison Logic, Rab and his team has built NBC Universal's first application to ingest content, Metadata, process that content and then deliver it to a variety of Distribution platforms electronically. The team also adapted their ingest workflow platform, "Micah", to allow external affiliates to upload unique content related to athletes etc. and allow that content to be published on NBC Olympic Zone. The content movement platform was also leveraged to move the single largest amount of content within a very compressed time frame from Beijing to NY and then out to various platforms for consumption. This product earned Rab the IBC 2008 Innovation Award in Amsterdam. His Team also worked on several films where electronic content was delivered; such as King Kong, Bourne Ultimatum, Wanted, HellBoy2. 

Most recently Rab was responsible for all development for Clear Channel Radio. There, he oversaw development and rollout of iheartradio, their flagship digital product which is available on all mobile platforms including Android, Apple IOS, Windows Phone7 and RIM. While at Clear Channel the mobile application downloads grew from 6 Million to well over 22 Million downloads. The last product he launched on iPad went to number 1 in its category in the apple store.

Rab holds a Computer Science degree from Seneca College in Ontario, Canada.
