Marketing Coordinator
Position Overview
This position will focus on developing marketing content, industry research, event planning, and project management for Madison Logic’s suite of products for advertisers and publishers. Qualified candidates must have initiative and possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Support the COO to develop and execute a corporate marketing plan for Madison Logic.
- Assist Sales & Publisher Partnerships in the development of media proposals in response to client/agency RFPs.
- Provide documentation and training to end users including colleagues in sales, marketing and client services
- Routinely audit user practices to ensure compliance; help develop product positioning, marketing strategies and execution.
- Conduct market research and staying knowledgeable about industry trends
- Coordinating trades shows & events.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales operations.
- Market Analysis, Competitive Comparisons and conduct research on current industry/competitor trends
- Development and coordinate internal and external communications activity, including sales & marketing collateral, web content management, demonstrations, tutorials, press releases, presentations, and sales proposals.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Business Communication/Marketing preferred
- 2 + years experience in online marketing, internet advertising or related areas.
- 2 + years experience in a client/customer service role.
- Possess effective project management skills.
- Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals.
- Strong analytical skills regarding performance measurements and management.
- Flexible, outgoing, results-oriented with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as time-management skills.
- Strong technical skills using Microsoft Office products.
- Understanding of HTML is a plus.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred

Client Services Associate
Position Overview
The Client Services Account Associate is responsible for working directly with our premium advertiser clients in managing and optimizing their lead generation campaigns, with the main goal of improving both customer satisfaction and service delivery efficiencies. To be successful in this role, you must be extremely flexible and dedicated with a passion for serving clients with integrity, a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
Responsibilities
- Manage and retain new and existing client relationships and offer detail project management to successfully coordinate and execute campaign deliverables.
- Create and maintain campaign analysis reporting utilizing internal tools to update clients on status of their programs and effectively offer campaign optimization suggestions on a regular basis.
- Be the primary liaison between advertiser and internal teams.
- Cultivate and grow each relationship with clients to support renewal and retention of account base.
- Attend regular campaign calls with clients and provide feedback and updates on campaign results. Utilize feedback to create an optimization plan that will help ensure success of the client's campaign.
- Develop a keen understanding of our client's objectives, audiences and competitive landscape. Provide clients with insight into how to optimize campaign activities to maximize results.
- Work closely with internal teams in the creation of all campaigns and offer support in developing new processes that will aid in increasing efficiencies amongst teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure proper resource management and continual innovation and improvement.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Senior .Net Developer
Position Overview
Madison Logic is seeking world-class engineers to participate in building the world's most sophisticated .Net ad serving platform for lead generation. The business models (Data/Analytics and Advertising) are a diverse source of revenue that requires real value propositions, and technical excellence in delivery, as well as the ability to run at scale. Combining speed of execution with quality solutions, while still pushing the envelope on new/improved features requires engineering skill sets that are unheard of in traditional enterprise computing, and are hard to find even in the Internet, Madison Logic runs at a very fast pace.
As a Madison Logic Engineer, you will be a senior member responsible for architecting, designing, developing, high-volume ad programs on Madison Logic’s publisher network and the infrastructure that underlies them spanning all tiers from persistence to presentation. Opportunity and challenges span all tiers: ad serving & registration infrastructure, mid-tier integration and client-facing web applications. Ideal candidate should have a high level of competency to Design and develop scalable applications.
Responsibilities
- In-depth and hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and above, .NET Framework 3.5, and its implementation using Visual Basic .NET and ASP.NET with VB or C#, mySQL 5.5, IIS web server 6.0
- Additional knowledge of C ++ preferred
- Proficiency with web services, API’s, HTTP Post/Get
- Help plan, design, develop, test, debug, and deploy highly-available & scalable web-based applications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Consider and research emerging technologies to improve current applications, architectures and processes, specifically mobile and social technologies/applications
- Proficiency in LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) a plus
- Proficiency with Javascript, Jquery, Ajax a plus
- Experience with relational databases (both transactional and non-transactional), database architecture, and distributed transaction management.
Requirements
- Work history or knowledge of ad serving technologies, ad networks, performance advertising models like CPC and CPL, CRM systems, Data/Analytics software.
- Demonstrated success and desire to work in short-cycle, agile, iterative development culture.
- Engineering operations experience within a 24x7 environment with complex, multi-tiered, highly scalable and highly available systems.
- Strong understanding of server side software, scalability, performance and reliability aspects.
- Mastership of design, coding and testing patterns.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, test-driven, collaborative and iterative programming environment.
- Outstanding coding and analytical skills.
- Strong team player.
