Position Overview
Madison Logic is looking for an Account Manager with exceptional communication skills to help build the company’s growing presence throughout Europe. This role is instrumental in this small but growing office and will have a huge impact on the company’s success in the European market.
Reporting to the Director of Sales in the UK, the Account Manager will support our advertising clients with superior account management and lead-delivery campaigns. Core Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong active relationships as primary contact with clients post-sale
- Develop the creative/assets to build out campaigns
- Manage campaigns to ensure that revenue is recorded correctly, ads are trafficked properly and clients are billed correctly
- Manage the credit and pricing approval process for contracts
- Oversee and track the status of campaign launches and ensure creative is delivered and scheduled to launch in a timely manner
- Monitor campaign delivery and make pro-active suggestions for optimizations as needed
- Anticipate, escalate, track and resolve client issues
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the industry and client business needs
- Run and maintain reports for the team on all client campaigns and requests
Requirements

Senior QA
Position Overview
Madison Logic is looking for a self-motivated individual Senior Level SQA to perform software quality assurance testing in Madison Logic development environment.
As a member of QA team, you will be responsible for test planning, test cases development, test execution, and bug tracking.
Responsibilities
- Knowledge of methodologies used in software testing
- Works directly with the QA lead and development team to form a solid understanding of both the business and technical side for each project
- Involved in test planning with the QA lead
- Confirms or coordinates test cases requirements with the QA lead as required, and develops test cases based on test plans
- Create reusable test data, test case manual/automation
- Implements test cases, and can verify fixes through regression testing individually
- Participate actively in Agile development lifecycle

Systems Administrator
Position Overview
Are you a Systems Engineer bored of mundane desktop support?
Madison Logic is currently looking for a Systems Engineer with an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to make an impact. Reporting to the Senior Systems Engineer, the Systems Engineer will work with both the Development and Product teams to ensure the most superior and scalable infrastructure to support our platform. We run a large windows environment but also use Linux, MySQL, and new technologies including noSQL databases like Mongo. Don’t worry, we’re engineers, not some corporate HR department so we’re not holding our breath for the unrealistic Swiss army knife of sys admins who has 10 years of experience in technology that’s only been around for 3. If you’ve got some of the skills we list and would like to pick up new ones, send us your resume. First and foremost we value brains and ability to learn.
This position is based in New York City. Candidates must be US citizens or have secured appropriate work visas. Candidates must also be within commuting distance to Manhattan or willing to relocate.
Daily Responsibilities
